Ron has nearly 60 years in the fire sprinkler industry, working at several sprinkler companies (Industrial Sprinkler & FPI) before starting Castle Fire Protection. While working at Industrial Sprinkler, Ron graduated from Newark College of Engineering. He then obtained his P.E. license as well as a Masters in Business.

After graduating from University of New Haven with a degree in Business Management, Phil got his start in construction with Briscoe, and was an integral part of the original NY Giants stadium and racetrack. Working as a field accountant on projects throughout the tri-state area, Phil has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry.

Joe Coltelli, Vice President
Beginning at Industrial Sprinkler, Joe has over 45 years of experience in the sprinkler industry. Starting as a designer, he continued to gain knowledge of the business and moved into project management and head of construction. Today, Joe is responsible for all of Castle's field personnel.
